DELIVERY POLICY

 

At LeisurExpert we want every aspect of your experience to be enjoyable and hassle free, so please read the sections below as there is important information to help ensure you get the most out of your eBike experience with us.

 

FREE DELIVERY

That's right, on all orders over £500, we'll cover your delivery costs. Orders under £500 will be subject to a separate charge clearly outlined during the Checkout process after you have entered your post code. This charge will vary based on the weight, size and location for delivery.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We won’t charge you until we know your product is in stock and can be shipped. As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will NOT be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. You will also receive an email confirmation with order details for future reference and peace of mind.

 

ORDER DETAILS & TIMESCALES

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days, sometimes earlier. Delivery is typically 3-5 days, but can be as soon as next day subject to special requests and stock availability. We can confirm exact delivery times once your product has been ordered.  We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. In the unlikely event you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please get in touch via email at info@leisurexpert.co.uk so that we can help.

  

RE-DELIVERY – please ensure you are present when the courier arrives at your agreed delivery time, as there may be a re-delivery charge if you are not there to receive your goods - something we all want to avoid!

 

SIGNING FOR DELIVERY

IMPORTANT – To ensure you enjoy your product in pristine condition, we ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery, including the state of the packaging. All items are inspected thoroughly before they are dispatched, so we advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items or items where the external packaging looks damaged.

DAMAGES

If you discover that an item has been damaged once removed from the packaging, please send clear photos of the damaged items within 12hrs of receipt of the products, to info@leisurexpert.co.uk, so that we can help.
