At LeisurExpert, we don’t just want to sell you a bike and forget about you!

We are passionate about our customers as well as our products, that’s why we want to make sure, once you’ve purchased you shiny new eBike, you know where to go to look after it and enjoy it for many years to come.

To get the best performance out of your eBike, you need to maintain it, look after the battery (see our Battery Care Guide) and get it serviced regularly. We’d recommend at least an annual service to ensure it remains safe and in great condition.
