RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At LeisurExpert we want every aspect of your experience to be enjoyable and hassle free, so please read the sections below, as there is important information to help ensure you get the most out of your eBike experience with us.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To ensure you are clear regarding our Refunds and Returns policy please first contact our team at info@leisurexpert.co.uk or call on: 0333 090 6939 to ensure you follow the correct process.

In line with our Returns Policy you should contact us within 14 days of purchase and have 30 days in total from the purchase date to return or exchange your item. This is to ensure you have sufficient time to view the product, when you have not seen the item in person. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all contents, labels, and manuals in place and in its original packaging. To secure a refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, meaning they are resaleable in their current state.

To confirm, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, to enable a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless requested by ourselves.

We only work with reputable electric bike brands, however returns policies do vary across our partners. Please review specific product pages for accurate returns policies relating to each brand.

If the item has been opened and assembled / part assembled then a restocking fee will be incurred. This fee covers our / manufacturer costs associated with checking the product once returned and ensuring the contents and packaging are fit for future shipping. This fee will be determined on a case by case basis, however the cost is typically 20% of the total order cost. 

In all cases, where it is the customer’s decision to return the product, the customer is responsible for a shipping fee as part of the return process.

The LeisurExpert Refunds & Returns Policy is in line with and does not affect your Statutory Rights. In the event of any inconsistencies between our Returns Policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will remain protected, as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
