Warranty: 1 Year
NOTE: Batteries need to to stored correctly or the warranty will be void.
Battery Care
To maximise the performance and longevity of your battery please, keep your battery:
- 20% Charged – when using, try not to let your battery drop below 20% charge before recharging
- Clean and dry – if ridden in the rain or wet, dry down your bike and the battery, and if your eBike has a removable battery, remove it and wipe down with a dry cloth
- Keep Cool – store your battery in a cool place to retain its charge and longevity
- 50% Charged When Storing - do not let your battery fully discharge as this will significantly reduce its longevity. If not using for many months simply charge to about 50% every 1-2 months.

WARRANTY – Peace of Mind guaranteed as all our Bikes come with a Manufacturer’s warranty as standard.
Please be aware that perishable items are NOT covered, including; tyres, inner tubes, chains and brakes.
Any consumables however should be easily replaced by a local bike store or if specific to your Bike brand, we always ensure that our partners carry stock so we can dispatch to you as quickly as possible and keep you cycling!
SAFETY – be safe, be legal and have fun! Personal electrical vehicles are the responsibility of the owner. Before riding, please check the Government Guidelines on electric Bikes. We are not responsible for any mishaps, accidents or violation of any rules or laws, by the use of this product. We recommend safety protection is worn when using any eBike or eScooter, including; helmet, gloves, and body pads.
LEGAL GUIDELINES -In the UK, only eBikes that comply with EAPC Regulations can be used on UK public roads without tax, insurance or registration, which includes bikes with a 250W powered motor or less. At LeisurExpert we only work with leading eBike brands, which is why you can order safe in the knowledge every eBike sold is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, supported by our expert aftercare service.
RETURNS
To make sure you are entirely happy with your purchase, you have up-to 14 days to request a return by getting in touch at info@leisurexpert.co.uk and 30 days to return your package to us. For more details read our Delivery & Retuns Policy.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Any orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order to avoid additional fees (which may be required to cover manufacturer costs, stock and shipping costs). If your order has been despatched you would be responsible for any return costs, and any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
